KNO/BW: Property translation import 

The CSV definition is as follows:
1:nummer;
2:eigenschaftnameeindeutig1;
3:eigenschaftwert1;
4:eigenschaftname1_fr;
5:eigenschaftwert1_fr;
6:eigenschaftname1_en;
7:eigenschaftwert1_en;

The csv file must be created as follows:

A line of this type would be added.

If line 2 is changed as follows: 2:propertyname1; then the existing value is not overwritten.
