Determine When Patient Links Expire

When a patient receives a message from your organization with a link you can configure how many days can pass before the link expires. After the link expires, a patient can no longer use it. By default, links expire after seven days.

To configure when patient links expire:

1. From your account menu, go to Mission Control > Feature Settings > General.
2. Go to the patients.maxTokenAge field.
3. Enter how many days must pass after a link is sent to a patient before the link expires. website

Tip: Use CTRL+F or COMMAND+F to search for fields in Mission Control. Copy and paste the field name into the search bar to easily find the field you need.
