Resolution
This issue was removed because it was resolved in a prior cloud update as part of Version 2023.07. The fix was immediate so there’s no need to update your solution file, however it will only go into effect for new certificates uploaded after the Version 2023.07 release. If you see this continue after uploading a new certificate, please let us know via a support ticket.

Description
The SSL Certificates window may show than a Web Content SSL Certificate is not yet expired, while Web Content using that certificate will show as not secure when accessed.
How Do I Know If I'm Affected?
The SSL Certificates window shows that a Web Content SSL Certificate is not expired, but when you open a Form, Survey, Subscription Page, or Landing Page using that SSL Certificate you are given a warning saying the page is not secure.
Workaround
Treat the SSL Certificate as expired and follow the process to renew it for another period.
